Cancellation Policy
Group Sessions, Classes, and Events:
Our studio has limited space, and many of our group sessions and classes book up quickly.
Therefore, we kindly request that you provide at least 2 hours' notice for any cancellations. This allows us to offer your spot to another participant. You may call us at 778-583-1191 during our business hours to cancel or login to your account online and cancel the booking.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, if you provide at least 2 hours' notice of your cancellation, we will credit your payment toward another class or event. If you do not cancel within this time frame, you will forfeit any payments made.

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.

No-shows will incur a charge for the full session fee.

We kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the class start time.

If you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late, please refrain from entering, as the door will be locked.
At Common Opal Studio, we value your time and commitment to your wellness journey. To ensure that all clients receive the best possible experience, we have established the following cancellation policies for our group sessions, classes, events, and private services.
Private Sessions and Services:
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. This fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services.
A credit card is required to hold your appointment, and cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
