Cancellation Policy

Our monthly membership ensures you are part of a committed group of 10 women who meet weekly to foster connection, empowerment, and growth. Membership Details: Cost: $100 per month (auto-renewed monthly) Sessions: Every Monday, 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM Duration: 1.5 hours per session Capacity: 10 members per circle Commitment: By purchasing a membership, you are committing to attend all Monday evening sessions for the month. This is an essential part of maintaining the integrity and continuity of the group, as your presence supports the collective experience of sharing and learning. We believe that the power of the Women's Circle comes from regular attendance and deepening connections over time. Booking and Payment: Memberships are billed monthly at $100. Payment secures your spot for the month and is non-refundable, as we keep the circle small and intimate (maximum of 10 participants). Your membership will automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation and Missed Sessions: We understand that life can sometimes get in the way. If you must miss a session, please notify us in advance. However, missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to the next month. If you need to cancel your membership, please do so at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
